Raavi Birbal
Ms. Raavi Birbal is a practicing advocate since 2003 and has appeared in several reported judgments. She has represented PSUs, corporates, multinationals, and statutory bodies across varied sectors. She has served as Amicus Curiae and was nominated as Ombudsman with the Delhi Legal Services Authority for service-related matters. She has also acted as an arbitrator in commercial cases.

A member of the Governing Council of the International ADR Centre, she has spoken at leading legal and academic institutions and contributed widely as a columnist and legal commentator.

Vinit Trehan
Mr. Vinit Trehan is a practicing advocate and Standing Counsel for major banks and financial institutions including Central Bank of India and SBI Life Insurance. He advises multinational corporations and contributes to strategic legal planning. He has been appointed as Local Commissioner by the Delhi High Court in trademark disputes and assisted in drafting the Handbook of Procedure for Company Prosecutors under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
He teaches at law schools across India and practices in insolvency, arbitration, commercial matters, intellectual property, and banking law, along with advisory work.

Avinash K Sharma
Avinash K. Sharma is an Advocate associated with the chambers of Senior Advocate J. Sai Deepak while also pursuing his independent practice. He holds a law degree from IIT Kharagpur and brings experience across intellectual property law, civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, service matters, and constitutional issues.

Firdouse Qutb Wani
Ms. Firdouse Qutb Wani is an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India and Managing Partner of LCZF. Featured in the Forbes Legal Powerlist 2020–21, she is the first Kashmiri woman to qualify as an Advocate on Record. With over sixteen years of experience, she has represented Government bodies, PSUs, corporates, and international clients before courts and tribunals.

Her practice includes commercial litigation, arbitration, education laws, corporate advisory, maritime law, IPR, media laws, consumer protection, and constitutional matters. She is also a life coach, lecturer, mediator, and public speaker.

Anshuman Upadhyay
Mr. Anshuman has been practicing at the Bar since 2012 and has handled a wide range of matters across arbitration, civil and commercial laws, corporate disputes, banking and insurance laws, criminal law, labour issues, and intellectual property rights. He appears regularly before District Courts, High Courts, consumer forums, and specialised tribunals. Known for clear reasoning and a practical approach, he represents individuals, corporates, and financial institutions.
His work spans trial and appellate advocacy, drafting, strategy, and regulatory advisory. He brings diligence, fairness, and disciplined evaluation to the Editorial Board.

Ankur Vyas
Ankur Vyas is a counsel with nearly five years of experience representing clients before the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, and various tribunals. An engineer from IIT BHU and a law graduate from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, he brings a business-informed and client-centric approach to litigation.

He has trained under Senior Advocate Amit Sibal, gaining experience in intellectual property, commercial disputes, constitutional matters, and regulatory challenges. Ankur has particular expertise in patent litigation, especially in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors, combining technical clarity with precise legal strategy.
